Wifi is quite weak and it will disconnect sometimes, and when I'm take the transport service to genting grand, the driver asked me for angpao although is just like joking, but I feel uncomfortable and think it is quite rude to ask people for angpao.

Location is excellent and room is very clean. However staff is hopeless and doesn't seem to know what they are doing. This is my 2nd time staying at Crockfords Genting..the 2nd time equally bad compared to the 1st time. Main concern is the staff..poorly trained.

The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating to my request. There is also a buggy service which transport you between the hotel to the first world area escalator. And also that they allow us to access the casino directly from the hotel. They also allowed us to upgrade our membership.
