Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Wide spread and delicious. Loved the roti telur, chicken curry and bread n butter pudding. The “Know JB” spread was delicious too, especially the sambal jawa and mutton ungkep.

A lovely hotel in a great spot after travelling to and from Singapore. Staff were fantastic, from the doorman to the restaurant ladies and chefs. Food was amazing for breakfast and buffet dinner.

This one that really irritates me is when I have to call 3 times for towel and pillow. I waited for an hour for them to come. This delay my sleep for at least 90 mins as I was preparing to shower while waiting for the towels. From 11pm to 12am.. when the towel came, you can see the staff is not happ

The room was spacious and comfortable. We were greeted by friendly staff and even though we need to wait to be checked-in but the lobby was spacious and comfortable for my family to rest. Good 5 stars hotel. The room is spacious and the bed is big, comfortable for couples plus a child. There are a lot eateries, convenient stores, just next the hotel. 5-8 travel time to south key via taxi.
