Helpful front desk, they helped secure my room as it was a late night 11pm check in. TV channels alot of variety very entertaining. while we were travelling down to Johor. I called hotel wanted to inform them of our very late check in after midnight . our travelling time from KL to JB is about 4 plus hours with some stops for tea / toilet break. from the call i was inform that they could not find my booking. then it is end story
