+ room was clean + good location +/- bed was firm I prefer softer beds +/- néed a deposit of 200 myr in cash - was told we didn't have a room when we got there and was told to phone booking.com but then was given a room - pool had been closed for maintenance for a while and wasn't told beforehand -

TV stopped working and it was not fixed even though we asked. Clothes iron plug was half melted and it was sparking electricity and not working properly. Asked 3 times to replace it but it was not provided. Sofa bed was very hard and sagging in the middle. Not comfortable at all for third person.
