Worst customer service,bad manner's and the front desk staff don't know how to attend the customer and telling lies and twisting story and they give my room to other people without checking my arrival to the hotel for stay and they didn't give me room when I said my booking was confirmed for 1 night

The location is perfect, and the front desk upgraded my room for free and they were suuuuuuuuuper amazing and made my stay easy and smooth, there are lots of Indian food and restaurants all around, I enjoyed it very much.
