The hotel is at a strategic location in KL so it is easy to walk around. The door entrance is locked at all times which is good for security purposes as only guests can enter with their room cards. Comfortable stay.

Stayed here 7 years ago and thought it was amazing back then, that’s why I picked this hotel again. One off the super kind staff was still there ? But the room was not the same quality as it was before. Needs a update of cheats, towels and the cleaning was not that good… but after all I like this h

The room's soundproofing was inadequate, but it didn't bother me as I'm a heavy sleeper. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to take this into consideration.
