I have previously stayed in CitizenM hotels and loved it, so it was no brainer for my KL stay. The price was very good, no hidden fees. I only then realized how well this hotel was located! 10 mins to Chinatown, 10 mins to Pavilion Mall, 5 mins to the street market and bar street, 10 mins to the mee

The location was great..the room was small but ok. View was good. Cleanliness was good. A little more variety in the food offered would be great. The baggage storage was of great help as we had to travel to Langkawi island and could not bring all of our luggage.

There are plenty to appreciate about this hidden gem. Clean. Centrally located. Free and easy access to parking. I’m not fond of the room concept. But, my husband likes it. Personal preference I suppose. They do make excellent use of the small space. Very well designed. No complaints. The staff are

Great Hotel. Supermodern. Rooms were clean all the amenities you could ask for. My only negative critique is that the air conditioner in my room was impossible to adjust to a higher temperature. So when it got too cold, and it was really cold, you had to just turn it off for a while and then turn it
