We booked a room with a view, and when we showed up they had already filled up all of them. They tried to convince us that they gave us an upgrade instead, but I could honestly not tell what the difference was. We were on a low floor, in a standard size room with a c#&p view. Please see my previous reviews: I always stay in this hotel and I always give a 10 points review, because I like to stay here. But this time it was different, maybe some mistakes lead to this. But anyway, I will still book this hotel when I will travel to KL (maybe next year).

The bed also very comfortable. When I turned off the AC, the room was very quiet, so I had a very good sleep

I would like to thank Mr S.Raj for his kind help. On 6th June, we urgently needed transport to attend an event. we spent an hour getting a taxi / grab. We were stressed as time was running out. Even though we got one but none of the drivers were willing to take us or cancelled at the last minute.
