Staff were efficient and friendly except for one person at the desk didn't care for anything but was always on a confrontational phone call. He may have been the manager or supervisor, at least he came across that way and not a good one.

My 4th stay, after a rather ¿dirty¿ experience during my last stay. The room is a good size. Smoking was somehow allowed in the non-smoking hotel? One can smell the smell of cigarettes smoke (I alerted the receptionist) but nothing was done. Disappointed.
