The room was big and the bed was comfy and I slept well there. Zain (food dept) and Ivy (reception) were very friendly. Amazing location just opposite Low Yat plaza and behind Main street of Bukit Bintang. Food and shopping all around you. Loved the view over petronas towers, pavillion and bukit Bin

Helpful staff accomodating with upgraded room. Close to shopping centres, restaurants and Eat Street. Reasonably close to the monorail and links to MRT. Fantastic views, night and day, of Petronus and Telecom Towers and particularly their light shows at night.
