The location was good very central and near public transport links. There was onsite cold drinking water. The staff were helpful when you asked them questions. The room was bigger than we expected from the photos and it was pretty quiet considering where the place was located.

The staff are nice and care about your stay. Location of the hotel is great if you want to be in the Bukit Bintang m
