Bad service hotel ever i come. Im waiting 6 hour to change my room because my room aircond problem. And i dont know why the fire alarm running and noisy every 15minit. Im sure people come this hotel and never come again.

If your planning to stay around the Petaling Street / Pasar Seni area and on a semi-tight budget, imo the Capital O hotel is one of the more better options Would defitnetly book here again when im visiting KL again

When I arrived I paid for my 1day and extended it until 5pm. I paid everything. When the staff changed... the male staff charged me 95 rm again. I almost paid. 245rm I'm not stupid we can't understand..that I already paid all why like that...1day and 5hrs extend.how come..
