Room was clean and updated. The staff was easy to work with and helped me check in. The location was right in the heart of Chinatown, and while I thought it would be loud, the room was nice and quiet.

Really good location with lots of food around. The interior of the room was clean and new, and bed was quite comfortable. The first room given to me had no hot water at all and the wifi didn’t work in the room. I was initially happy to go to another hotel if they were willing to cancel but in the end they changed me to another room. This room was fine.
