The staff was pretty friendly, overall understanding receptionist who offered us to choose another room, and talked me through the possible options. 7/11 was right downstairs, so at least there's that. Towels are clean but smell of some chemicals.

The location was good and the staff was friendly but had limited knowledge about sight seeing and near by places. The pasar Siri station is 10 mins walk. The petaling street is exactly opposite and there is a 7/11 store right at the entrance of the hotel.

the room air conditioner remote was locked at 16 degree. we were not able to adjust and was freezing the whole night. Beside that the pillows cover were yellowish. the room was without window, so it is pitch black when the light was off, it was quite scary.
