I didn’t stay at this hotel. I’m transit from Kuching - KL - Alor Setar, but no one let me get into the hotel. Please hotel management to give me any compensation since I’ve paid for this, but no one let me in.

Great accommodation if you have a stop over in the low-cost airport. Great food outlets right outside the hotel door (inside, of course). Just make sure you have your next flight details with you, or you won't be allowed into the departure area.

We booked a 6-hour stay at this airport hotel to get some rest between our two transit flights. The price of €70 was already quite high, but the real issue was that we were unable to reach the hotel at all. The hotel is located exclusively in the international area of the airport, which was not clea

Easily accessible in the transit area. Remember to book in advance if you’ve got a long/overnight layover. As immigration may not let you through without hotel booking. Staff were helpful.

Pleasant surprise staying at Sama-Sama. We expected a super basic room but the little touches like tea and coffee, plenty of towels, bathroom products (shower gel etc), toothbrush packets and TV made it a very pleasant stopover. Having 3 rooms all together was a bonus.
