From the friendly welcome to our departure, every staff member we encountered were helpful and lovely to deal with. The hotel is in an excellent location - very central in a busy area but it’s tucked around a corner so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the Pavillon mall and also to the famous

Room was spacious and had everything you needed. The pool and gym were a nice bonus - although the gym is very small and some of the equipment doesn't work. Our favourite thing was the hotel cat on the front steps.

The little things like a welcome handwritten note for me. Sweets. Very good shower head and clean well ventilated toilet. Not using generic soaps and shampoos. Custome made stuff even just a simple drinking bottle. Made us feel important.

The location is perfect, walking distance to Alor street and Pavilion Bukit Bintang. The amenities are complete and regularly being replenished. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I was travelling with my parents for a health check-up, so it's really relieving that they're very accommodating
