Fooood! So good. Great breakfast. The staff is very well-trained and well-mannered. You can feel the romantic vibe in the room. They have a shuttle service to KL city center every 30 minutes, which was very helpful. I left my phone charger behind, and when I called them later, they had kept it safe

We were given the most wonderful suite in the old colonial building (the original hotel building). We ate in the Colonial restaurant and even had afternoon tea there - what a lovely experience it all was!

Everything was excellent except for the restaurants. Breakfast was OK but each evening the main restaurant was not available. The only option was the colonial café which wasn't up to the standard of the hotel. The staff on the front desk and the concierge were particularly helpful and the free navet
