The room I stayed in was a loft. The room was slightly dusty not properly clean and water was dripping from the air-conditioning unit. No refrigerator for the room. The room is clean and comfort. Soundproof is good, although my room face the street but still quiet to sleep. Toilet is clean, aircon is cool and bed is comfort. Wifi also good as I work most of the time in room through VPN and it's fast.

Check in was easy and the location was great, the room was nice and a good size with a nice bathroom too. The location was great, right next to a bustling street and a busy food market and it was still quiet in the room!

The location was relatively closer to the city and in a walkable distance to the malls and public transportations. Coffee shop inside the hotel had very good coffee and learned the coffee beans are from JAPAN!

The location is good, easy to find. It just took us around 5-10 min to reach Lot 10. After around 5minutes walk from the hotel, there's a few streets with food. The staff is friendly. The room is clean too.

Love that they have a lift. The room we got had a window (free upgrade from Booking ♥️) and it was so much more comfortable than the room I had last time (without a window). Love that they had an iron AND a hairdryer ready.

Easy access & central to shopping sites. The staff at Reception are all very friendly but they do need some serious training to properly understand customer needs that are not the most common or basic ones. They could also continue to improve their EN if the hotel wants to continue targeting Europea
