For $15 a night, it was sufficient. The staff were great, and being so close to many things in Batu Ferringhi was great. I prefer being in Batu Ferringhi over Georgetown. The internet worked well enough, and you a very close to bus stops, food, etc. Strong AC.

The location is walking distance to night market and eateries. Hot shower available. Water pressure is good at 3rd floor. Bathroom clean. Bed sheet clean. Reception - Mdm Sara is very friendly.
