I’ve booked 3 bedroom apartment at tower 3, we arrived a little early around 2.20 pm as we approached the counter the attendant was a little rude in and mentioned to come at 3 pm only. I cannot recommend this hotel due to significant issues with cleanliness and dishonest practices. My first room had a severe ant infestation, and the second room I was moved to smelled strongly of mold. The hotel was also severely overcrowded, leading to considerable delays with the elevators.
