Honestly nothing worked well. It’s the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Just try to avoid it when you visit Penang. No water for shower, WiFi wasn’t working well, false fire alarms in the middle of the night. If it was possible to rate with 0/10 I would do it.

the air conditioner wasn’t cold enough. the hairdryer wasn’t working as well. when it was complained they said it will be cold in an hour but it didn’t and at the end the receptionist asked us to change hotel which was almost 10 mins from the actual hotel and it was kinda messy. No designated parking Facilities inside room too bad especially in bathroom People from outside can see the guest through toilet glass window.. No full tinted glass .Vertical blind also useless. Not many Tv channels. Price too high
