Staff were really friendly and helpful, gave lots of great recommendations too. The rooms were really very clean. Location is super convenient to get to many popular places in Georgetown. The decor is really interesting as well, it’s a great experience to stay in such a cultural heritage building.

True to the description, Campbell House offers a very comfortable stay. The house is very unique and their services are excellent. The staff gave me a lot of suggestions and pointers that made my solo trip so much easier. I visited a lot of places apart from my itinerary.. Definitely recommend a 6

The plus of this hotel is definitely the location, it is located in the heart of the active part of the city where you find street food, little India, shopping etc. Basically everything is very near. I liked the way the breakfast works, there isn't any buffee option, but the complimentary breakfast

Beautifully restored house with nice details. The staff is very welcoming and helpful (providing a perfect itinerary and food recommendations). The amenities are of very good facture (comfy bed, very nice shower). Perfect base camp to enjoy a Penang history and atmosphere !

Kumar was very friendly, efficient, and informative. Mahem was good, too. The Baroca restaurant served great food and had a great ambiance and decor... The location was perfect. Everything in Georgetown was accessible by walking a few minutes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the Carnarvon Street and Kimberly Street food markets and the Chulia Street stretch of nightspots. Armenian Street is just 10mins away. The rooms are beautifully designed and themed and the hotel has actual heritage charm.

Very friendly staff especially the two male staff at reception. Fantastic location with plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Large room with comfortable bed. There's a nice large terrace at the top that is a common area with seating.
