I booked a window rooms facing the sea however I was told by the counter staff rooms facing the sea is only for walk-in customers very disappointing. Also there are no parking facilities have to part at public parking.

Misleading information about rooms. Advertised as room facing port/sea, but when come they told fully booked. Should give options of facing roads too, not just sea. This will leads to customer believing there is chance to get Seaview. Really fishing customers to book to their hotel

1.Not fully fuctioned elevator 2. Broken hydraulic door closer 3. Not properly cleaned washroom. There was a lady hair on the floor. May be ghost's hair. 4. Broken switch. 5. No housekeeping services.
