Please note : Your selected pick up date and time for departure transfers should be at least 3 hours before the flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight.
For any booking amendments, please contact the operator to reschedule, contact details can be found on the voucher.
Amendments must be made at least 24 hours from the scheduled pick-up time.
No amendments are allowed once a driver has been assigned to your booking.
Please note: You will receive the driver's contact information one day before your departure date.
Vehicle Options:
Standard Sedan: Maximum 3 passengers + 2 standard sized luggage
Standard Van: Maximum 9 passengers + 6 standard sized luggage
big Van: Maximum 10 passengers + 10 standard sized luggage
Luggage Information:
Standard Luggage Size: 22in x 14in x 9in. Bags over 22in will be considered 2 pieces
Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated.
Hotel Pick Up
1) Location: Hotels within Penang Island
2) Free waiting time: The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes
3) Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time
4) Additional surcharges apply to pick up and drop off locations outside of service area. The surcharge must be paid in cash directly to the driver.

Waiting Fees:
If you are not present after the free waiting time upon pick up, an additional surcharge of MYR 30 per every 30 minutes will apply, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
