The room was big, all the lights are functioning, its an old hotel, the same building under hotel Maya but different management. It was clean and has all the basic amenities plus free wifi. Great budget option very close to it all. Short walk to food, KLCC Suria mall, Petronus towers, & train. (KLCC Light Rail station is closest). Room outperformed my expectations. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed. Good shower and hot water. Safe, kettle etc.

Terrible service and and it’s not a five star hotel. I would say not even a 2 star . The room was so dirty. Stain on the bed . Old furniture , loud noise every night . Windows are not double glazing On my stay I found a cockroach in the room. Damp and smells bad.
