We had a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room due to our length of stay. Bed was comfy and room was super clean. The location was very good and only 5 min walk to the new mall TRX. Walking to pavilion was also easy abt 8min. Staff were kind and polite. We were offered a vip area at higher floor
