Liked: Clean, well located. Disliked: Rooms are the opposite of sound-proof. Windows are not only single glazed, but they are also bent, they won't close. Liked: The location is good because it's nearby MRT station. The lounge is comfortable. Disliked: The housekeeping missed out to clean-up the room prior arrival. Twice blackout prior checkout.

Hair on bed! Liked: Breakfast was good. Disliked: 1. Bedsheet and pillows got hair from previous guests. 2. Bedsheet and pillow case wasn't change to new one from previous guests. It was smelly. 3. Toilet room no ventilator. Sinki not clean.
