This is my 3rd time staying at sfera residence (or previously known as fraser residence). It is a comfortable place to stay with amenities. This time, I got a room with balcony facing the swimming pool instead of the graveyard ^^; The staffs are very accomodating despite some of them are new to

1. Check in at 2100H, no one at check in counter. No sign board to press bell ring to alert the staff. Eventually came out from back office. The only security guard also no clue where the staff was. 2. Washing machine was locked after wash, it was leaking. Called receptionist, no pick up at all.
