The hotel is located inside a mall and if you need anything it's just a few steps away. Connected to a metro station. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful if you need anything. Breakfast was poor. Espresso is chargeable.

welcoming staff at the reception and nice atmosphere in the room. Some water in the minibar and a toothbrush (forgot mine so that was great). Saw some people here complaining about the shower water not being warm enough but it was completely fine ?

This is my second time I check-in. It was found that the wires of the hair dryer were broken. It's so dangerous that I dare not to use it. It was very inconvenient for me. Please take note seriously.
