The friendly staff at reception. Quick to respond to our requests and/or questions. Eg changing our room to a better one when our original room doesn't meet certain basic requirements.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and daughter and we had a fantastic experience! The best part about it was how incredibly affordable it was, yet the room exceeded our expectations in terms of spaciousness and cleanliness. The bed provided a comfortable night's sleep for all of us. Mo
