Couldn’t ask for a nicer hotel. After a long day of travelling the staff managed to get me checked in early, were extremely helpful throughout my stay. The room was stunning, comfy bed, clean and with all the amenities I needed. The gym and pool are a good standard as well which is a massive bonus.

The TV was not working half the time. I understand that due to weather sometimes the smartTV will hv no reception but from 3pm till 11pm! There must be something the hotel can do to rectify this. The issue the next day. And when we called the hotel operator for some assistance there was no answer. T

Location is convenient, walking distance to food places and Pavilion KL. room is very comfortable, gym facilities are good, the swimming pool looks nice. The lobby services (checking and checkout) are abit slow, but staffs are friendly though. Other than this, all good with off peak room rate.
