I disliked two things: 1-our first room on the 15th floor stank of cigarettes and durian (even though the smoking floor is on the 13th…) 2-the breakfasts was not good for a 5 star hotel, mostly frozen prepared foods (even the avocados!?!?)

We loved our stay at Pullman. The rainshower was especially comfortable, and the bathtub was a great addition. We also really enjoyed the chocolatier stand at the entrance. Check-in and checkout were fast and smooth. The location is excellent—very accessible.
