Property was nice . One desk clerk was rude. The Hotel did not give us the rooms we paid for. Gave us a lower priced room, not the ones we requested and paid for again.

Liked everything, the breakfast had many choices, the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly. The location is great since it is literally in the center and a taxi/grab takes you everywhere for small amounts.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Free breakfast buffet with over 200 food items, so lots of choices. We ate dinner there, and it was very good. Nice pool but the bar/lounge was disappointing - music too loud, wine too expensive and no light appetizers to order - just burgers, fries and a very rich salmon

The hotel has a great location—not far from the city center yet in a quiet area. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, though the focus was mainly on Indian and Malay cuisine.
