There was a thick layer of dust on the floor—our feet turned black from walking on it! The toilet still had uncleaned excrement left by the previous guest, which was utterly disgusting. Even worse, maintenance work continued until 11 PM. I demanded that the front desk stop it immediately because it

I like that it is close (1+km) to klcc suria and pavilion. Grab was easy to get and price was decent during off peak. Peak hours, we could just walk. The playground was a great place for the kids to play at. Could spend half a day there and let them runaround.

1) Either I accidentally booked an extra room and bathroom, or they upgraded my booking, but it was a huge room! We really enjoyed that. There was a washing machine, mini kitchen, just a good-sized room. 2) We found it to be a really good price, given the size of the room.

I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at this hotel. While I was charging my phone, an electrical socket in the room exploded. It could have caused serious injury or even a fire.
