Friendly staf at the reception. Helped with all our questions. Location is in walking distance to many of the popular things to see and do. Had a fridge to share and free cold and hot water for tea. Cosy little room. Big bathroom. We enjoyed it here.

The room was pretty, comfortable. The staffs were polite, there was a corner for free flow drinking water and coffee. There were a microwave and refrigerator, dedicated for Halal foods only, which amazed me. I mean, considering the neighbouring area with no muslim-friendly facilities and halal resta

There should be at least 2 chairs provided in the family room. How could 4 people sit chit chat on the bed all the time? There is coffee corner at G floor, but no cup provided! Tissue paper roll is easily got wet when showering. No shampoo, only liquid soap.(better to upgrade the quality, please

Location - very central: to food stalls and walking around Georgetown. The hotel is also near to the FREE CAT BUS. The staff were superb - she gave me an extra cup to use (management somehow only gives out 1 cup per room, even though there's 2 single beds), helped with the TV, directions etc There's

There was some mould on the walls of the bathroom but toilet, washbasin and floor were clean. No windo
