Great staff but nothing around the property and beach wasn't great. Big refurb going on so lots out of action No sunbeds on beach so were bit trapped Ridiculous price for drinks Lots of fellow guests treated the common areas as extensions to their rooms dumping prams and inflatables in the corridor

I think Penang Hard Rock has very good management, staff always standby to greet the guests and public places is always clean. However I didn’t fuss with the designs of the bathroom which you can open the “window” while someone is using the toilet, it’s only personal opinion.
