location was convenient to visit the Jetty area. However road strips (to slow cars) were installed directly outside the hotel. Cars driving past causes a loud whining sound that can be heard constantly 24 hours a day as the road is a major road.

The location was quite good. You can easily access to many famous attractions within 5-15 minutes walk. Room was tidy given the price level. (Though you can still see the white paintings drop off on the floor, and the wall with black scraches and stains)
