Staff was friendly and helpful. Responded almost immediately to us when I wrote to them about something we left behind. We had barbeque at the hotel and food was really good and portion was generous. Very relaxing 2 nights' stay.

It was a really beautiful old style Tudor type building. The inside was exceptional with public rooms and a bar containing lovely old style furniture and a huge fireplace. The grounds were very well kept and lovely to walk around and sit out overlooking the lake.

The place has a lovely 'faded glory' to it in a nice location away from hassle and bustle of towns in the Highlands. The veranda for sitting and just being is pleasant and the inside general use space had several comfy chairs and sofas to lounge around in. The bedroom was roomy enough and bathroom
