I've stayed in this hotel for 19/12 & 20/12 (today), and I have terrible experience which I found cockroach in my room (got photo as evidence) and the reception counter is always no one there to approach. It was so disappointed as we were expecting high for this hotel. We are requesting compensation

The location was great, so close to all the main areas and food places. The bed was really comfortable and dark in the morning, shower was good. Nice balcony area too. Pantry was a good addition.
