We stayed 4 nights at Citadines Cecil in Penang and can only recommend it. Brand new hotel, very clean, 24/7 staff and security. We felt very welcome and comfortable at this hotel. Rooms a bit small but a nice lobby where you can also have coffee and tee 24/7.

The hotel is in the middle of Georgetown. Very clean and bright interiors. I like that they served their guests with unlimited 24 hours coffee and some snacks. 24 hours gym and swimming pool. Whenever I stay in the hotels, I appreciate hoteliers hospitality. The staff are very helpful and polite.

I had a very nice stay in this hotel. Nearby downtown Georgetown, but nice and quiet, not close to mosque for example. Room and hotel were clean and modern looking and staff was friendly and helpfull. Good matras and shower.
