Perfect stay for group of friends or family. We had 3 big rooms. Spacious living area and kitchen. Toilet was clean enough. The best was the location. Opposite to Komtar and 1st Avenue with convenience store nearby. Walking distance to some of the famous food spots. For other places, you might need

Overall staffs were giving their best in term of service. Was given a newly renovated room with after paint smell. Was able to switch to another room the next day. Overall, nice and strategic location. The room is big compared to the other hotel.

- Nearby to restaurants, malls & attractions places (by walking only). - Friendly staffs, they highly prioritize customer’s comfortability. - Highly recommend for first visit to Penang. - Since it’s located at 1st floor, there are noises from traffic but it doesn’t bother our beauty sleep. ?????

Location was close by to quite a few food options. All main tourist attractions were at most a 10-15 minute cab ride away. Rooms were spacious and overall apartment was kept clean.
