The fact that my credit card was charged and money taken by Booking.com Nosho Malaysia without authorisation. I only had one booking for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However, the staff at the property informed me that I had booked 4 rooms for three nights. They even showed me a screenshot of the bookings,

Facilities and hospitality are good up to the standard of budget hotel. Worth it for your money. The best is security measures. Every door having a coding number, started from entrance door till to our room. Each room having own coding numbers. Easy to get foods, stalls n AEON shopping mall etc
