It’s a clean property but very very far away from the city. Spa is also open only between 4pm to 8 pm. So hardly any time to enjoy. Breakfast was okayish.

Very well maintained rooms, the hotel graciously changed our 2 separate rooms to adjacent family rooms without any additional charges. Facilities are good. Breakfast spread needs to be improved. Able to book Grab after a couple of tries. Overall, good experience with family.

There was a big difference now since I last stayed as I previously always stayed in this hotel. From the front service, cleanliness to the breakfast spread, all has improved tremendously. Will surely have this hotel as a first priority when coming to JB.
