We were the lucky winners of an upgrade to the presidential suite. The suite was incredible, huge and impressive as one can imagine of a room that calibre. Staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Honestly no complaints.

Location is easy to find, connected to SKS Mall. Room size is decent and as its new - everything is still clean. No bathtub in the room we booked. We tried the Hi-Tea, food is ok but tea is lacklustre. If you are a marriott member, you get 20% off.
