Helpful front desk, they helped secure my room as it was a late night 11pm check in. TV channels alot of variety very entertaining. There is a good working lift, good aircon and fans and water heater and keycard and cups and tissue. Grabfood to your unit. Nearby Aeon mall Tebrau, Toppen mall and IKE

while we were travelling down to Johor. I called hotel wanted to inform them of our very late check in after midnight . our travelling time from KL to JB is about 4 plus hours with some stops for tea / toilet break. from the call i was inform that they could not find my booking. then it is end story
