Everything from the customer service to my room is just nice! The staff are super friendly. I checked out early, and they still let me leave my luggage at the lobby as I wanted to walk around the area first. Room was great! Everything is provided ^^

I recently had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Eurolife in Brickfields. The issues began with a leaking air conditioner that dripped continuously, making it hard to sleep. I reported this to housekeeping, but they made no effort to fix it, which was incredibly frustrating. The 2nd-floor hallway

I like that the location is strategic very near to KL Sentral. It's very comfortable, the bed is soft. The shower has hot water, the hotel also give you two packets of coffee and two bottle of minerals. The toilet is not thatt spacious but it's good enough.

Our stay at this property was a bit of a rollercoaster. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an unwelcome surprise—cockroaches scurrying about. The TV refused to connect to the Wi-Fi despite multiple efforts by the attendant, and the washroom jet remained unfixed even after several reminders.

At first I have requested him not to debit money from card ,he agreed but debited money . There is no handle in bathroom for towel . No hand shower in bathroom. I asked but he didn't changed. he cleans room only when you requestes , unless no cleaning. He asked deposit RM 50 Which I got return . Ho
