That it was spacious and there was ensuite bathroom for both bedrooms, very convenient set up for family. Can walk to KLCC and many other malls. Will come back here to stay again when I visit KL in the future. Thank you!

I do like the service from the hotel counter staff but there are only 2 of them which is good. Other staff need to learn basic greetings and customer service. Location is the best.

Ongoing renovation but noise is minimal during the day. Not yet renovated rooms are a little run down but ok. Location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of KL. Bars, restaurants street food options and public transport in walking distance.
