  : the hotel primarily due to its convenient location. Not only is it in close proximity to my office but it is also surrounded by a diverse range of restaurants, all within walking distance.
  : I had requested that the downlight in my room be replaced as it kept blinking, but despite bringing this to your staff's attention, no action was taken to address the issue. In addition, there were other guests in the hotel who made a lot of noise in the middle of the night, but no one from the hotel staff made any attempt to advise them to be quieter. This disturbed my sleep and made it difficult for me to relax. Lastly, my room was not cleaned every day, which was disappointing. I expect a certain level of cleanliness and maintenance from a hotel
