  : The location was great and the staff were very nice, including the security guards. It had netflix.
  : It was so dirty. The shower curtain had mold all over it. The sheets were stained. There was no mattress protector and the blankets and sheets were very poor quality. The sofa and seats were all stained and the kitchen had a festering filter that smelt so bad. There are no bed side lamps so if you want to sleep while your partner reads you can't. It looked nothingike the pictures. The hallways had a dust smell.

  : The apartment was spacious but smelly, insects in the kitchen and bathroom, comforter was smelly had huge stains on it and it was ripped. No toilettries available. Overall experience apartment need repair and proper maintainance.

  : 1. It took several prompts, and even checks with booking.com customer service before I could get to speak to the property representative. They only reverted one day before regarding the check-in and parking situation. Before that only an automated reply was received.2. The photos are deceiving. Linens are old, and unlike in the photos, are not like hotels.3. Stained floors, esp in the toilet and warping wallpaper. One of the towels may not have been washed. However, the cleaning staff did come the next day to replace.4. We were fortunate that we came early enough to get parking at the perimeter. Limited parking space

  : The pictures of the property are quite misleading. From the pictures, it looks like a hotel apartment, but in actual fact, its manage by a private owner and a very standard Air B&B apartment. The beddings were totally different. No white bedsheet nor clean and puffy pillows like those in the picture. During our stay, there was some sort of unpleasant smell in the unit. So we had to open the balcony door when we were in the apartment. The owner came to put 2 small air fresheners upon our feedback but they did not help. We had to sleep with the smell as for security reasons, we had to close the balcony door at night.The worst part of the stay happened the next morning after check in. The water from the taps was brownish in colour. We tried to contact the owner but there was no response. The owner subsequently responded to our whatsapp when we requested to check out and to get a refund. He said would come and take a look in 5 mins but didnt turn up nor respond to us for the next 1 - 1.5 hours. By then, we had wasted the whole morning stuck in the apartment since there was no clean water for us to freshen up and go about our day. The owner could have handled the situation more professionally. While he may not be able to solve the problem there and then, the least he should do is to engage us and let us know what happened and what to expect etc. Sadly, the owner chose to ignore us.I read the good reviews about this property before I booked but my own experience is so different. Perhaps, the reviews are for Doresett Residence as a whole instead of referring to this apartment managed by this particular owner? I understand from the hotel reception that there are different units managed by different owners at the Residence.

  : Centre located in bukit bintang. Few steps away from shops and restaurants. Near to time square and lot 10. The apartment was cozy and nice maintenance. Enjoyed alot here
