: We stayed a night at the 'Double M Hotel'. It is situated at a very convenient location in KL Sentral, close to the railway station which is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The surroundings were not very clean, but the hotel premises were clean. There are multiple restaurants close to the hotel & a self-wash laundry a few hundred meters away. The Superior Queen Room we booked was on an upper floor and it was accessible by an elevator. The room was small but had just enough space to keep our luggage. The room was equipped with a table, a cupboard, an electric kettle & a television. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available.
: The receptionist was a bit cold & not welcoming. The luggage storage is just a small space under the staircase and it cannot accommodate more than a couple of large suitcases. Hence we have to leave one of our pieces of luggage just outside that space.

: I paid more than 240 MYR on top of the room rate per night. In the booking.com app, I was quoted 677 RM but when I got into the hotel, they charged me 922 RM and I was really surprised by the extra charges. Like, WTF!? Imagine, I paid more than 240 MYR just for the VAT + TOURISM FEE? Well, they said it's for the VAT and tourism fee but I doubt it.Their housekeeping staff is also annoying. Imagine, they would keep knocking because they said, they want to fix the TV. Seriously??? In the middle of my sleep??? I mean, if the guest does not open the door, it means he/she does want to get disturbed. But, why would they keep knocking for a couple of times until I open the door? This happened not just once but a lot of times and it was really annoying! Why can't they fix the TV when the guest has checked out already? Seriously, this hotel is not worth it!
